Returns availability varies from product to product. The return availability of a product can be found on the product page, as well as on your order confirmation for that product. If a product is eligible for return, the information may not be noted on the product page. If a product is ineligible for a return, that information will be noted on the page, below the product image and description.
Returned products need to be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are unused, have not been installed, and are in original factory condition.
Returns for store credit include free shipping back to us.
For returns for refunds, we will deduct $14 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account use to make the original purchase.
Items that are ordered internationally can still be returned, but a prepaid shipping label cannot be provided. Due to international shipping requirements, duties and taxes will need to be included in the returned shipping cost, or they will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Non-returnable items are not eligible for refund or store credit. Items that are specified as non-returnable on individual product pages. Furniture, custom length pendants/chandeliers, ceiling fans, and door sets are non-returnable.
Orders of 10 or more light fixtures are considered final sale items and are non-returnable.
