In the event that your order is returned to us due to its inability to be delivered, you will be contacted by our customer support team to obtain a new/correct address. Please note, your order's tracking will read "returned to sender."
Once you have been contacted regarding your order, please respond with the corrected information within 5 business days. After 5 business days, if we have not hear from you, we will refund your order. Non-returnable items will receive a store credit refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
We want to make sure you have your order, so the first time this occurs we are happy to send your order a second time at not cost. Additional instances may incur a shipping fee.
