We ask that you make any changes to orders within one business day of placing the order. Orders are released immediately after they are placed. In some cases, the order may ship prior to the one business day window. In those cases, changes will be handled as shipping re-directs, or as returns.
If you contact us within one-business day of your order, we can update shipping addresses, cancel items or orders, update finishes, or change additional product details. Order changes may result in additional charges for differences in item cost, shipping cost, or tax cost.
We are not able to add items to orders after the order has entered our system. Place an additional order for the items you are wishing to get and send a request to our customer support team to combine the shipments.
